Pinestar is NOT Firestar's Father/relative because in Firestar's quest on pg 86 Cloudstar of Skyclan says "I have waited long for you to come, a strong cat, a leader, and one who bears no taunt of betrayal in his blood. You are NOT descended from the cats that drove us out and yet you are a true clan warrior. It is your destiny to restore Skyclan." So for Firestar to be related to Pinestar he would be depended from the cats that drove Skyclan out which Cloudstar said he wasn't.
I rest my case.

Has anyone else noticed that Barkface (Windclan med cat) has been alive for a very long time. You would think that he would show some signs of getting older but none of the books ever mention him getting frailer or something. Also I've been rereading the warriors books and I've noticed a lot of mistakes that they've made. I thought that I'd list a couple here. 1. When Willowpelt's kits are born (Sorreltail, Rainwhisker and Sootfur) are born it says that she had two she cats and 1 tom but later when we learn their names she has two toms and 1 she cat. 2. At one point in the book Dawn when Firestar leads a patrol to Shadowclan to try and convince them to leave the forest they run into a Shadowclan patrol. The patrol is Russetfur, Cedarheart and another cat. It describes Cedarheart as a gray she cat. But later in the book Dawn when the clans reach the lake it describes Cedarheart as a gray male. 3. During the journey to the lake when the clans are passing through the mountains Smokepaw of Shadowclan falls of a cliff and dies. But he is still in the Allegiances section in the later books and the Erins eventually make him a warrior in a later book(his warrior name is Smokefoot). He is also talked about in some patrols that the characters see (Like when they pass through Shadowclan territory or when there is a border skirmish)
Just some mistakes that i wanted to point out.

Thanks. I know I just listed a few. They do make a lot of mistakes. And Sorrelpaw you haven't posted a new blog in a while and i was kinda hoping that you would post something about Bluestar's prophecy now that it's come out. Also another idea, maybe you could post a blog where people list all the mistakes the Erins have made.

I doubt that Ivykit becomes the med cat apprentice because i doubt a med cat would be evil and it sounds like thats what Ivykit will be. Also I bet Crowfeather eventually becomes Crowstar.
Mabye that is how she is important, and isn't evil after all!!
But Erin Hunter said that Ivykit wasnt happy that her sister has powers and she doesn't so that can only mean trouble.

Once again, we don't know who is evil or not yet. I want to get just a glimpse of their personalities before I make a decision on who is evil. Who knows, maybe they are both good, but one of them is just jealous? Maybe they both find out they have powers, but one of them is part of another prophecy? Who knows, anything could happen and we have nothing to go off of right now.
I'm sure there have been evil medicine cats before. But I do think that Crowfeather will become leader. Maybe Ashfoot will die in the next series and he will take her place?

Yeah, I love Ashfoot too. She would be the best leader for WindClan. No offense to Crowfeather lovers, but I do NOT think Crowfeather would be a good leader. Deputy yes, leader no. So if he becomes his mother's deputy, then hopefully her death will be a LONG time away. Crowfeather is just... weird.

i thiught brambleclaw died but he becomes bramblestar but how does he los all of his lives in time for lionblaze to become a star?
maybe Ashfoot retires to become a elder. I think that would be best. Also it mentions multiple times in the second series that Crowfeather has a great destiny.

It can only be 6 moons at the most because Iveykit and Dovekit are about to become apprentices in OOTS.

In case anyone was wondering Firestar has two lives left. They screw it all up in the books because it says in Firestar's quest (which is placed in between the 1st and 2nd series) that Firestar has lost 2 lives one from scourge and one unanimous one. He then later loses more lives (Tree falling, rat attack etc.) but in the prologue of Sunset (6th book 2 series) in the dark forest Tigerstar says that even though Firestar has 7 LIVES LEFT he will rip them from him. There for it is incorrect in Sunset about the number of lives he has left.
Part of the reason that it is wrong could be because Firestar's quest was released after Sunset was released.

I just reread Sunset (book 6 series 2) and there are a few hints through out the book that Leafpool is expecting kits like for example on page 285 (Brambleclaw thinking/seeing) Leafpool crossed the camp to the elders den, where Mousefur had just emerged, scratching her ear vigorously with one hind paw. Every cat looked well fed: even slender Leafpool had grown QUITE PLUMP. The famine in their old home had been no more than a unpleasant memory.
Throughout the book Leafpool has a bunch of dreams where she sees three stars shining brightly and in one dream she asks Spottedleaf what the three stars mean and Spottedleaf says that all will be made clear to eventually. And now that I reread it its obvious that the 3 stars are Lionblaze, Hollyleaf, and Jayfeather. If you own Sunset I recommend rereading it and look for foreshadowing.
